Do you have Meal Preps! \u00a0Literally.<\/p>\n<p>I had to take the time to determine what would work because I didn&#8217;t want to be another &#8220;Box&#8221; service with food that will last for 7-10 days! \u00a0That&#8217;s absolutely ridiculous to me. \u00a0Like what fresh food do you get out of a garden&#8230; and it lasts you for that long! \u00a0GET OUTTA HERE!<\/p>\n<p>My brain says, if something is supposed to be fresh, you should have to go get another batch sooner than later. \u00a0I grocery shop a couple times per week. \u00a0Fresh Kale&#8230; Spinach.. Tomatoes those items when they are truly fresh.. don&#8217;t last for 2 weeks fam! So I wanted to figure out how to make this beneficial for everyone involved. \u00a0Vegans and Meat Eaters alike. \u00a0So all my local peeps will have access to pick up or delivery options. I only have spots for 10 Out of State peeps, to let me know how they like getting food every 3-4 days.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Menus will be simple and will change weekly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Breakfast<\/strong> &#8211; will be a Smoothie \/ Smoothie Bowl or something to give you the energy of a coffee or energy drink without having it!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch<\/strong> &#8211; will be hearty meals with foods that will keep you energized for the day, but not leave you starving by dinner time!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dinner<\/strong> &#8211; will complete your day, but not leave you feeling like you need to get rolled out in a wheel barrel!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Snacks<\/strong> &#8211; You will get suggestions for snackage. \u00a0Your snacks should be water heavy fruits and vegetables, and or Mufa&#8217;s (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/healthy-living\/healthy-eating\/eat-smart\/fats\/monounsaturated-fats\">MonoUnsaturated Fats).<\/a>\u00a0I will give you guys a list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THIS IS NOT A DIET. \u00a0DON&#8217;T CALL IT A DIET. \u00a0I WILL SCREAM. \u00a0I WILL CRY. \u00a0I WILL MOM YOU.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s simple. \u00a0I&#8217;m just here to teach my community how to EAT TO LIVE, and that&#8217;s what we are going to do. \u00a0Together. \u00a0Will your body change? \u00a0More than likely. \u00a0Will you have a different appetite? \u00a0Yes. \u00a0Will you have new energy? Yes.<\/p>\n<p>You will realize that what you put in your body, is what it puts out.<\/p>\n<p>The Rules are Simple:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Drink Water<\/strong> (room temperature) when you Wake up, and At every Meal (including snack), and when you go to sleep.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don&#8217;t cook food with Oil<\/strong> anymore, use water. \u00a0(stop complaining already, I hear you in my head) Water will do the same thing. Sautee, Steam, blah blah blah<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be Positive. \u00a0Give up Complaining.
