I travel with food so that I&#8217;m not sitting around watching everyone else eat. \u00a0I know that I have dietary restrictions, and I can&#8217;t put my restrictions on everyone else. I&#8217;m vegan, and I&#8217;m allergic to dairy. That doesn&#8217;t mean I can&#8217;t eat. \u00a0 Follow the 7 P&#8217;s and prep food to take with you, and make enough to share. \u00a0You could change someone elses outlook on eating better.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div>So while you are indulging in family this year for Easter\/Resurrection\u00a0dinner, pay attention to what you are eating.\u00a0<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Don&#8217;t Over Cook Your Veggies :\n<ul>\n<li>Your veggies should be the color they are when you purchased them. \u00a0Those greens shouldn&#8217;t be brown! They should be GREEN! If the color is gone, so are all the nutrients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t Over Eat\n<ul>\n<li>Just because ALL that food is there, doesn&#8217;t mean you have to EAT IT ALL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Dessert doesn&#8217;t have to be Cakes &amp;
