Well guess what\u2026 it\u2019s<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nutrition-and-you.com\/bok-choy.html\"> BOK CHOY<\/a>!!!!<\/p>\n<p>For those who have never tried it, it\u2019s a go to food of mine, if I want something that\u2019s quick and filling.<\/p>\n<p>Let me give you the basic details first ok.<\/p>\n<p>100 grams of this leafy green is literally 13 calories. Did you hear me? I\u2019m repeating this, 100 grams of this leafy green is 13 calories (shouts on the inside). So for a person that\u2019s looking to drop a few pounds, you will be full, and excited about the taste of this vegetable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>When I eat this veggie, I like it steamed or sauteed with liquid aminos (natures soy sauce) and baby bella mushrooms. Can I just tell you, it is from heaven ( I\u2019m gonna have to post that recipe). It\u2019s sooo good. I can\u2019t even explain it.<\/p>\n<p>Not only does it taste amazing but it&#8217;s loaded with nutrients. I\u2019m talking vitamin A , C and K, calcium, proteins and dietary fiber. So to make it memorable for you this veggie helps those who have high blood pressure, as well as prevents osteoporosis!
