In honor of a musical legend, my soul pushed me to find my own way to salute an amazing musician that blessed my soul with sooo much music. Music that traveled through the house alongside the aromas of the meals I\u2019ve prepared.<\/p>\n

Did I tell you that my Husband is an AMAZING DJ<\/a>? Well he absolutely is, and the majority of the time while I\u2019m preparing our famiIy meals … he is spinning!<\/p>\n

So on Thursday April 21, 2016 when the artist formerly known as Prince<\/a> passed away \u2026 our house was filled with his music from sun up to sun down.<\/p>\n

It seems that everyone knew him as the musical genius he was and that his favorite color was Royal Purple, but how many people knew that he was a hardcore vegan?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m talking a PETA endorsed Vegan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His favorite food will make you love him even more.<\/p>\n

Spaghetti … with a tall glass of Orange Juice (he loved pasta)
\nKimchi (seriously this stuff is goodness in a glass jar)
\nMicrogreens (all the leafy stuff, I could have easily been a guest at his house, and been in pure bliss at the dinner table)
\nDunkaroos (what!! Mind blown!!!)
\nMustard (I love it \u2026 all different varieties\u2026 a man after my own heart)<\/p>\n

This guys was so down to earth it makes me happy \ud83d\ude42 So in honor of him.. Let’s make his favorite meal.<\/p>\n
