{"id":11126,"date":"2020-03-27T04:56:19","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T04:56:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www-dev.cookingwithque.com\/?p=11126"},"modified":"2020-03-27T10:16:08","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T10:16:08","slug":"the-quarantine-chronicles-of-cooking-with-que-positivity-respecting-expiration-dates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www-dev.cookingwithque.com\/the-quarantine-chronicles-of-cooking-with-que-positivity-respecting-expiration-dates\/","title":{"rendered":"The Quarantine Chronicles of Cooking with Que -Positivity &#038;  Respecting Expiration Dates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today we met on Facebook and Instagram for some Virtual Positivity and Hugs \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>It seems like there is so much negativity out there that we are missing out on finding the positive. \u00a0So&#8230; we talked some of the positives out.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You woke up<\/li>\n<li>You have lights<\/li>\n<li>You can breathe<\/li>\n<li>You can shower<\/li>\n<li>You can Brush your Teeth<\/li>\n<li>Pancakes? \u00a0Yes you can make them lol <a href=\"http:\/\/www-dev.cookingwithque.com\/recipe-items\/the-fluffiest-vegan-pancakes-ever\/\">(here&#8217;s a recipe)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We also came up with a plan, to save everyone from their Quarantine Boredom&#8230; Enjoyyyyyyy life! \u00a0Your Family! and Stay Positive!<\/p>\n<p>Now&#8230;we all need order so I figured we could have things to do daily, that will keep us in good health, and positive!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>So the Daily Goals for the fam is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Always find the Positive<\/li>\n<li>Stay Hydrated<\/li>\n<li>Exercise for an Hour<\/li>\n<li>Get Rest (6-7 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TODAYS QUE TIP!<\/p>\n<p>Clean out your spice cabinet.<\/p>\n<p>Respect the expiration dates on seasonings, saving Nutmeg from 2015 is useless.. you didn&#8217;t make that pie.. and you are not. \u00a0Throw it out.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Throw out all herbs and spices that have expired.<\/li>\n<li>Why:\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Expiration Date&#8221; refers to the last date a food should be eaten or used.
